Here’s a little extra info to get your order going:

STEP #1

Select quantity of Save the Dates you need. (Minimum order: 50) Includes matching envelopes

STEP #2

Select photo option. If you choose “one sided/no photo,” pricing is $2 ea. If you choose “double sided/with photo,” pricing is $2.50 ea. *IMPORTANT: If you choose to add a photo to this design, please email your high quality (vertical) photograph to sales@alexflydesigns.com directly following your order.

STEP #3

Fill out detailed form with your suite details. Once you hit “Add to Cart,” you will be prompted with an online form, where you will provide all of your Save the Date information (names, ceremony location, etc.) along with your chosen ink color (see chart in photos), paper type (textured or cotton), and paper color (white or cream).

STEP #4

Head to checkout! You’ll receive an email confirmation/receipt once your order is officially placed. **Don’t forget to email your high quality photograph to sales@alexflydesigns.com if you’re using a photo for your Save the Date (failure to send in your photo within 24 hours of your order placement may result in a delay of your entire order).

STEP #5

Check your email. You’ll receive a digital proof of your Save the Date within 5 business days. You must reply within 48 hours with any revisions necessary, and we’ll send back your updated proof.

STEP #6

Oh happy [mail] day! You’ll receive another email update when your order ships, complete with tracking information (typically ships within 2-3 weeks after your order is placed).

F A Q

Q: When should I order my Save the Dates?

A: Most brides send out their save the dates soon after they have their date set or whenever they get their engagement photos back (usually between 4-9 months before the wedding date), so give yourself some time and flexibility on your save the date order.

Q: Can I see a hard copy proof of the paper & ink color?

A: Definitely. You can order an invite sample here.

Q: How many extras should I order?

A: We recommend ordering at least 15-20 extras.

Q: Can you add calligraphy addressing to my order?

A: If you need a calligrapher: head to this page, fill out the form that says “Get A Quote/ Check Availability,” and I’ll let you know if I have any availability! (If I am able to address your envelopes, just know that adding this service will also delay the turnaround time.)
